Subnational actors have a very important role to play in addressing climate change. Provincial, territorial and municipal governments are setting standards for ambitious climate action that take into consideration and leverage local circumstances. This panel will convene leaders from key Canadian subnational governments to share best practices and effective approaches to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
