The Centre for International Climate and Energy Policies (CICEP) and Center for International Climate and Environmental Policies – Oslo (CICERO) invite for a debate on Asia’s two big emitters of greenhouse gases – India and China, at the Paris climate negotiations.


On Tuesday 8 December from 18:00 to 20:00 at the Bellona-CICERO Pavilion  – Connection Point in Hall 3 (blue zone).


A panel of leading specialists will discuss domestic policies, emission trends and the role of India and China in international climate politics:
